1. Replace Fresher with experienced – At this stage of business, me must invest in experienced employees to build a strong base for future. No doubt Fresher’s would save cost, but experienced candidates would bring new ideas, experiences and exposures to the organization. Also once our base is build we could than to expand business and grow then. This generation, when colleges come out, want to explore new opportunities, so they tend to switch faster.

2. Use of alternative search portals: – When new experienced employees join, it would help to explore alternatives search portal which are cheaper and more productive in nature. It would help us to reduce duplicity and completion from others

3. Use employees giving interview as opportunity not as threat – When any of our employee gives interviews in other Organizations, we must seek this as an opportunity and take notes of what new or extra they are offering and could implement best out of it to increase our productivity as well.

4. Use of social media – We must use Instagram and other online portals as well to expand our business. In upcoming times, only what we see on social media fascinates us whether it’s technology, clothes or even a job. Use of reels, more online engagement, LinkedIn Promotions would help to get more business.

5. Use innovative incentives methods – We could introduce new innovative incentives techniques as offered by different organizations, it must be more simplified and easier to understand. Even few hundreds of incentive would motivate employees (Have some ideas can share on request).

6. Use Employees suggestions box to improve retention and commitment –employees often share their dissatisfaction among each other which lead to spread of rumors, false news and discontentment. So, if anonymous suggestions are welcomed it would help to reduce and resolve such issues.

7. Team building technique– Team bonding is vital to maintain harmony and ensure competition so not just meeting, team bonds could be improved through potlucks, outings or even some movie plans etc., When an employee would have emotional connect with coworkers it would automatically improve employee retention rate.

8. Using employees hard work recognition through movie tickets, hampers, coupons, etc. Instead of everyone we can set a particular target monthly or quarterly to motivate them. By giving few would not only save cost also help improve productivity and targets

9. Training and development through interactive approach and seminars – different team discussions must be promoted to foster knowledge among newbies.

10. Early promotion like team and client handling – new opportunities like team handling or client handling must be provided to ensure development and new exposure to others as well
